Role Overview: Associate, Account Management

As an Associate, Account Management, you will oversee and manage relationships with high-value Pros, ensuring their continued success and growth. Managing a portfolio of approximately 1 0 0– 1 3 0 Pros, you will focus on retention, driving account expansion, and selling add-on products to maximize revenue potential. You will take a proactive, consultative approach to build trust-based relationships that align with each Pro’s unique business goals.

What You Do Each Day:

  • Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships with Pros as their primary point of contact to drive engagement, satisfaction, and account growth.
  • Retention & Renewals: Support contract renewal efforts by proactively addressing concerns and reinforcing platform value.
  • Account Expansion: Identify and execute opportunities to grow accounts through consultative upselling and cross-selling of add-on products.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze account performance, customer behavior, and product usage data to recommend strategies that optimize retention.
  • Operations & Alignment: Conduct regular business reviews, maintain account-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support.
  • Performance: Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to renewals and expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of account management, customer success, sales, or customer support experience within a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment.
  • Portfolio Management: Proven ability to manage mid-market accounts ($ 2 0K–$ 2 0 0K ARR) and handle a portfolio of 1 0 0– 1 3 0 accounts with strong organization.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency using CRM systems (
    , Salesforce) for tracking, reporting, and pipeline management. Experience using AI tools to increase efficiency is required.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills grounded in data and customer insights.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Pluses: Experience in the contractor or home services industry is a major plus.

Location & Compensation
