You are responsible for coordinating and facilitating customer onboarding, while providing exceptional customer service and answering Pros' questions and concerns.As the dedicated and primary point of contact during the most critical window post-enrollment, you take ownership of the Pro experience, guiding them through early adoption, building confidence, and ensuring they realize value quickly. Realizar tareas de análisis de cuentas y procesamiento de información contable que permitan contar con información financiera de la Sociedad en forma oportuna y confiable para la toma de decisiones.Responsabilidades: Efectuar proceso de cierre contable mensual, asegurando que refleje adecuadamente las operaciones de la Compañía. Elaboración de informes contables bajo normas locales e IFRS a fines de reporte Corporativo de acuerdo con nuestro calendario establecido. Realizar análisis de composición y saldos de cuentas contables e integración de partidas. Realizar el seguimiento de las operaciones intercompany (documentación, registro) y efectuar conciliación de saldos y transacciones intercompany con otras sociedades del Grupo. Análisis y explicación de desvíos entre datos reales y presupuestados. Cálculo de impuestos federales. Cálculo de ajuste por inflación. Contador Público (excluyente) Al menos 5 años de experiencia en contabilidad general y fiscal.
