Oracle Data Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Application System Administrator with a specialization in Oracle Billing Revenue Management (BRM). The successful candidate will manage the configuration and administration of the BRM application, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration with various teams to support our business goals effectively.

• Administer and configure Oracle BRM applications to meet business requirements and industry best practices.
• Monitor system performance, making necessary adjustments for optimal efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
• Conduct system audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Manage user access and permissions within the BRM environment to maintain security standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Stay current with the latest developments in Oracle BRM and related technologies, implementing new features as needed.
• Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their proficiency in utilizing BRM applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role with a focus on Oracle BRM applications.
• Strong understanding of Oracle communications suite components, including Siebel, Order and Service Management (OSM), AIA, Unified Inventory Management (UIM), Elastic Charging Engine (ECE), Online Mediation Controller (OMC), and Pricing Design Center (PDC).
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management.
• Familiarity with integration tools and methodologies (e.g., EAI, EIM).
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (ability to communicate in English is a differential).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
