Job description: Represent and promote our services assisting our customers through their application process to provide excellent customer experience end to end. Must be a person who can handle sales, customer service and technical support calls gathering and executing the best resolution.
1. Receives inbound calls to assist customers
2. Conduct outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers
3. Analyze and resolve problems quickly while communicating effectively and documenting responses
4. Provide remarkable customer service by handling inbound and outbound customer service calls and offering problem resolution.
5. Follow standard processes and procedures

Great Salary up to $15,000 mxn (salary + incomes)
You are paid hourly and you also have the opportunity monthly to move commission levels. Professional growth in 6 months based in your performance, immediate and direct hiring, food allowance vouchers, paid training and transport night shifts.
