Multinational company in the industrial minerals sector is looking for a Sales Manager.

Client Details

Multinational company in the minerals sector.


  • Be responsible for the current product usage and the growth of sales to assigned customers
  • Ensure the business is servicing customer at a high level of quality and manage day to day service needs of the customers Identify key growth opportunities
  • Manage and implement annual sales plan to increase profitability year over year
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly
  • Coordinate effectiveness of sales and development strategies including ensuring appropriate analysis and action plans
  • Review and analyze performance against program quotes and plans to determine effectiveness
  • Design and manage the commercial roadmaps developed for their segment or products or geography
  • Involve him/herself in Key Account Management for top orientations and top issues
  • Liaise with Marketing teams to prepare, execute and control sales action plans


5-10 years of sales experience in industrial markets, ideally in Refractory. Experience using CRM and other sales tools to manage forecasts and sales opportunities, knowledge of Salesforce is a plus. Have an analytical mindset to identify trends and patterns. Have a track record of successful negotiations. Strong interpersonal skills. Effective communication across multiple medium, internally and externally
