  • Develop the Regional Digital Marketing and E-commerce strategy aligned with NCG Global Marketing Strategy and vision.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Develop and execute all digital marketing plans , including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency
  • Design E commerce strategy and support sales teams to develop and implement e commerce plans with key customers and players like Amazon and Walmart Plan
  • Execute  and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience


  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • English 80%+
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Familiarity with web design and HTML
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills

  • Experience managing marketing and tech teams
  • Strong marketing and tech background
  • Understanding and experience in, UX, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Adwords, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads Dreamweaver and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC ,SEO, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
