We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Recruitment Lead to work onsite/offsite with one of our clients.
The successful candidate will contribute to the company growth and profitability goals by delivering a best in class recruitment service to our client. This role will be responsible for management of the day to day operational RPO solution/project delivery, including defining a sourcing strategy, candidate delivery and placement based on specified KPIs, stakeholder management and team management.
In addition the Lead will also support on a number of global TA project roll-outs, such as internal talent assessment and new TA system implementations.
The key role focus will be to provide a consultative service to the client around process development and the implementation of recruitment best practice. You will partner with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Resourcing Managers and the wider business where you can add demonstrable value through your expertise along with your desire for excellence to drive exceptional candidate experience and the hiring process.
· Maintaining awareness of creative sourcing strategies and working closely with the wider Solutions team to develop a best approach for the client
· Sourcing, screening and presenting qualified candidates for a range of positions
· Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
· Delivering to SLAs and KPIs
· Supporting and/or taking the lead on a number of global project initiatives
· Continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
· Demonstrated success as a Recruitment Lead
· Successful track record in recruitment and sourcing delivery
· Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment
· Excellent communication skills
· Expertise in developing and maintaining client relationships
· Expert in sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring techniques
· Understanding of recruiting metrics and reporting standards
· Fully bilingual
· Bachelor´s Degree
