 Major Product Company seeks bilingual customer service executive:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Advanced English skills (fluent written/oral)
  • Communication and customer service skills
  • SAP/ERP and good MS Office skills

Responsibilities:

  • Quote, entering orders, monitoring order status, and work closely with Supply Chain and Logistics in regards to product availability and delivery.
  • Review order accuracy, pricing and create invoices
  • Work together with sales to resolve quality issues related to service and product
  • Identifying new opportunities and using these to increasing sales
  • Coordinate Post Sales Support
  • Maintain backorder report
  • Administrative tasks

Economical offer:

- Salary: 15,000 monthly

-Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm
