Our extensive UK and export business is serviced from our Distribution Centre in Kettering (UK) we have the following exciting opportunity to join us as part of this team, working from our office in Mexico City.
About the role
The successful candidate will join our global customer service team. You will need to be proficient in handling a variety of customer contacts via phone, email and web chat including enquiries relating to digital technical support for our online platforms whilst ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service within defined service levels.
This is a full time role (40 hours per week) working Monday – Friday between 08:00 – 18:00 hours to be agreed
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering great customer service

· Is comfortable talking to people over the phone, with the ability to easily build rapport with customers and internal colleagues
· Has a positive attitude and an aptitude to learning systems and processes quickly
