Important company of the railway industry is looking for a Customer Service Analyst

REQUIREMENTS:                            

  • Bachelor´s Degree in International Relations, Foreign Trade, International Business or similar (intern or graduate)
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Availability to travel
  • Having a valid American visa and passport (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in:

 

ACTIVITIES:

  • Providing professional and exceptional customer experience with all cross-border shippers through proactive communication and exception management
  • Communicating with all customers, and tracking customer inquiries through the Salesforce platform
  •  Managing customer service inquiries, and providing all the necessary information to the operations/marketing teams to correct system/process issues
  • Ensuring that all customs requirements are properly met to maintain fluency of car movements across the Mexican border
  • Providing feedback to improve day-to-day operational border efficiencies, assisting operations with reporting issues at all border gateways, and resolving daily tactical service issues
  • Coordinating work flows, and managing time to correspond to the customer's business needs
  • Identifying root causes, providing supporting analysis, and making recommendations for resolutions to re-occurring exceptions
  • Developing internal and external customer written communications, instructions, letters, brochures, and policies
  • Having an organized methodology, and having a high attention to details
  • Being able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Being self-driven, and being able to quickly resolve issues for customers

 

WE OFFER:

Salary: $25,000 monthly
Law and Fringe Benefits
Working Hours: 10:00 to 18:00 from Tuesday to Saturday.
Working area: Monterrey, Nuevo León.
