Leads a cross-functional team where teamwork, collaboration, balancing competing priorities, and continuous learning are the norm. Position works under the direction of the Customer Service  Director. 



Purpose 

  • Responsible for the management of internal or external projects.
  • Manages people for programs or projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of projects and/or programs into a finished state.   
  • Data Mining 



Key Activites: 

 

  • Transform KPIs & data into reports considering relevant insights.
  • Rise suggestions and translate them into efficiencies & process improvement.
  • BPO growth analysis and productivity analysis. (Reporting)
  • Assure agents productivity. 
  • Back office operations audit and efficiencies assurance. 
  • Gather all data from crisis scenarios. 

 

 

Skills: 

  • Execution/hands-on – keep a practical and realistic attitude towards tasks.
  • At least 2 years experience  in similar position.
  • Strong set of interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise. 
  • Proficency in Microsoft Office preferred  
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and advanced English.
  • Close Attention to detail.
