As the Bilingual Customer Success Specialist, you will provide a best in-class customer service and resolution to Fleet Complete customers. As the company continues to support our growing customer base, we look to onboard outstanding employees capable of increasing customer loyalty and reducing customer churn. The Bilingual Customer Success Specialist has exceptional communications skills, a fierce drive to succeed and a genuine passion for helping people.  This is an integral role within the company where you act as a conduit between customers and key decision makers internally. The Bilingual Customer Success Specialist will be reporting to the Global Director, Customer Success.
Bilingual Customer Success Specialist
  • Become a Fleet Complete Consultant for the customer and manage the customer lifecycle
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service by providing consistent, timely and accurate customer support
  • Leverage analytics to proactively outreach to the existing customer base, to improve customer outcomes and their success with the application throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Use Project Management skills to help the team generate and execute on ideas to enhance overall customer success
  • Resell the value and benefits of the Fleet Complete solution, up-sell/cross-sell services and products to increase customer satisfaction
  • Cross functional internal collaboration to advocate for the voice of the customer to all relevant stakeholders internally and with our channel partners
  • Demonstrate an ability to create partnerships and manage relationships to investigate and resolve customer issues
  • Attain established objectives regarding quality targets, productivity & customer file maintenance within our CRM
Hours of Operations: 8 am to 8 pm (Monday to Friday), occasional overtime required
All applicants must possess the following:
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or French is a must; trilingual is an asset
  • A minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a customer service capacity, going above and beyond to ensure the customers’ needs are met
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience managing customer expectations and de-escalating tense scenarios
  • Outstanding follow-up and follow through to ensure customers’ success and a positive outcome  
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Ideal candidates also demonstrate the following:
  • Experience supporting Telecommunications or IoT/ Telematics applications
  • Experience utilizing a CRM or customer loyalty solution- i.e., experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or higher
