Cross Sales Manager is responsible for sales growth and business development activities within the B2B operation in North America clients while setting the course for success by clearly defining expectations (Goals, Activities and Behaviors) and holding all team members and support stakeholders accountable for achieving results.


Main Activities

- Inspires the team to constantly meet and exceed sales goals. 

- Supervisory Experience over cross-functional teams

- Secure proper implementation of initiatives to foster sales team performance 

- Secure achievement of sales quota and develop sales team skills

- Hands on leadership style and proactive coaching 

- Review and report sales and operational metrics on daily, weekly and monthly basis. 



- Fully bilingual with business conversation capacity

- +3 years of experience managing sales team identifying and selling to customers’ needs

- +2 years of experience within Call center industry.

- Analytical and critical thinking

- Flexible and adaptable, working in an ever changing environment

- Proven experience in succeeding in stressful environments

- Ability to work flexible schedule as per business needs

- Highschool graduate. Desirable B.A. in Administration or similar
