To perform activities to ensure Tax Compliance for all the Mexico Legal Entities, preparing Tax Returns, providing advice and guidance to all the Mexican Plants, setting strategies, procedures and criteria for Tax and Legal requirements. Preparing the information required by E&Y for annual Audit Tax Reports “SIPREAD”. To recover VAT. To attend all Tax and Legal Requirements from the Authority.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

A. Preparation of the Monthly and Annual Tax Returns for Eaton Technologies , Eaton Industries (including calculation of Presidential Decrees for Income Tax and IETU) , Eaton Trading Company and Eaton Manufacturing III. Ensure timely Payment when applicable.

B. Gather and Consolidate information to prepare Documentation in order to recover VAT for the aforementioned legal entities. If it is the case to coordinate activities with E&Y for the Audit Declaratory for VAT

C. Preparation and presentation of the DIOT, informative Tax Return, for the aforementioned Legal Entities in timely manner.

D. Preparation of the Tax Return for Local Payroll Tax and request payment in timely manner for Eaton Technologies and EMG3.

E. To provide advice and guidance on the aforementioned topics to Eaton Truck Components and Eaton Controls.

F. To set strategies about Tax compliance in order to take advantage of Tax incentives or risk avoidance.

G. To prepare FAS 109 for Eaton Technologies, Eaton Trading Company and EMG3

H. Record Keeping and Document Retention about legal Agreements for Eaton Trading Company, Eaton Industries , Eaton Trading Company and EMG3

I. Responsible to prepare the SIPRED (Information Package for Audit Tax Report) for Eaton Technologies , Eaton Industries , Eaton Trading Company , Eaton Manufacturing III.

J. To attend and respond any Authority Request regarding Income Tax , VAT & IETU for all the Mexican Legal entities.

K. To submit Informative Tax Return for Salaries for Eaton Technologies, Eaton Industries & Eaton Manufacturing III.

L. To lead or provide support in Projects which involve Tax requirements as Electronic Invoicing, Fixed Assets Tax Book, Tax Incentives. M. To ensure compliance and validity in all the Tax Registers for the Mexican Legal Entities
