Job description: -Knowledge of the tax code, laws and regulations at the Federal and State Level. -Manufacturing Industries (Overseen the cost function) -US Corporations, at least 80% of tax role. -Import / Export type entities. o Management of several companies. o Consolidation Expertise.
EXPERIENCE: -8 to 10 years as a Tax Manager. -10+ years in the Finance Function. -Experience in any of the Big Four accounting firms is a plus (PWC & DHT, preferred) DEGREE: -Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Actuary, Business, Engineering & Mathematics. -Masters Degree in Business Administration or Accounting, if bachelor in (Actuary, Mathematics or Engineering) -Specialty in Taxes
SKILLS: -USGAAP, NIF's, MEXGAAP, FASB52 & FASB109. -Costing expertise. -Budgeting and forecasting experience. -English: 100% understood, 90% spoken & 80% written. -Management of mayor ERP's (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Solomon, etc.) -Excellent expertise in: Excel (Pivot tables), Word and Power Point. -Emotional Intelligence. -Coaching and mentoring. -Ability to teach. -Excel in analytical skills - very logical. -Process Management. -Highly organized. -Transfer pricing.
