Job description: In order to improve Mindray brand awareness, enhance Mindray product recognition in the local market, further products integration in the local cultural, and ultimately enhance the performance of service and sales. The service engineer shall handle complaints from the customers (including distributors, some of end-users etc.); provide technical support and training courses for the covering regional customers (including distributors, key end-users, like reference hospitals etc.)and colleagues of sales and marketing department; help marketing department to collect market information; support the exhibition, visit customers and improve customer satisfaction. Education levels: Bachelor degree or above; Profession: electronic biomedical or relevant professional category Experience: At least more than two years in the field of medical services industry work experience (anesthesia); familiar with the procurement process of a local hospital (how hospital assess a device, what kinds of support manufacturers need to provide to the customers and which kinds of registrations are required before entering the local market), on-line maintenance and repair processes; understand the industry related charge standard, processes and new products information. Language Skill: Good command of both written and spoken English. Computer Skill: skilled use of computers and office software capabilities. Other knowledge and skills: Familiar with medical electronics product and clinical application, experienced in the maintenance of medical electronic products (anesthesia, patient monitor, ultrasound). Local driver's license, suitable for flexible travel, and can adapt to the short-term missions. Team work - collaborate with other departments - put team interests first; trust and communicate with other team members actively Continuous improvement - concern details, focus on quality, learn new knowledge and skills, and is emphasized on self-improvement Customer first Concept - actively communicate with internal and external customers, - meet customer expectations Responsibility - have the courage to take responsibility. Customer Service Constantly contact customers, understand the needs of customers, build and maintain a secure, trusted partnership with the client. Coordination Be able to correctly distinguish between priorities and able to locate and obtain resources. Response capabilities. Have agile-minded response to unexpected events, accident or emergency. Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Able to find out the root cause of the problem, act in accordance with the company’s, or department’s policy, and finally achieve the expected goal. Quality Control awareness. Familiar with company's Quality Control stand and process in accordance with it.
