Job description:

Tax consultation services such as International taxation M&A International and local reorganization projects.Tax computation of adjusted basis of shares. Tax deduction of expatriates charges. New tax rules (i.e. Flat tax). Dividends and reimbursement of capital regime. Payments to residents abroad (i.e. royalties, technical assistance, interest, alienation of shares, amongst others). Due Diligence Assistance. Meetings with tax authorities Ruling request Tax compliance services such as outsourcing in taxes, review and preparation of income tax and asset tax annual tax returns, review and preparation of VAT tax returns, Special VAT reports for refunds purposes, Special local contribution reports, Support to audit work, estimated tax payments for flat tax purposes, amongst others.
