Oferta:

Assume ownership for revenue generation within assigned accounts;
Identify business opportunities through new and existing accounts;
Plan and execute opportunity sales plans, performing complex analyses of business goals, objectives and needs;
Establish sales objectives in line with business plan;
Lead, inspire and develop a team of Presales and sales professionals;
Develop key performance indicators (KPI's) for driving solutions sales and increasing pipeline.
Establish market and target customer strategies;



Perfil deseado:

At least 5 years experience in Software Sales. Preferably 1 year experience leading a sales team. Must have existing relationships with "C" level executives in the Manufacturing or Services sectors of mid-size companies.Internationally orientated. Ability to create and foster a team environment that encourages initiative, creativity, people development and achievement of goals. Fluent in English.
