Deploy and Insure the Supplier Quality Assurance policy on Project.
- Audit the potential suppliers and advice sourcing for supplier selction.
- Challenge suppliers to achieve standards requested by our company through action plans.
- Monitor supplier issues and progress with sourcing and operation at project level on weekly basis.
- Audit suppliers to ensure the good application and efficiency of quality controls, corrective and preventive actions when a risk is identified.
Educational requirement: Engineer with official quality recognition, Auditors skills demonstrated.
Technical Knowledge / Experience: quality engineer with international skills & experience – Auditor skills demonstrated. Industrial background, at least 5 years experience in quality departments, Management experience in quality teams, functional, operational.
Behavioural and Technical Skills / Competencies: Expert in quality tools : 8D, PDCA, Problem solving method, Product Quality Assurance, ISO and process Audit; Expert in suppliers quality relationship to organise coachings and arbitrations; Management competences to deploy the rules, tasks in the network; Leadership on the activity to be recognized in the function by the whole sourcing and quality network; Good WoW in teamwork in a complex organisation; Native spanich; Fluent English or French
