ANALISTA DE INVENTARIOS

3 A 5 AÑOS DE EXPERIENCIA EN LA EMPRESA MANUFACTURERA (SI ES POSIBLE EN EL RAMO AUTOMOTRIZ)REALIZANDO ANÁLISIS DE MATERIAL NO PRODUCTIVO Y NO PRODUCTIVO, NIVELES DE INVENTARIO, VALIDACIONES DE CONTABILIDAD, REQUIRIMIENTOS SOX, PARTICIPACIÓN EN VALIDACIÓN Y DESTRUCCIÓN DE SCRAP, TRANPORTACIONES, ESTATUS DE STOCK, ATENCIÓN A CLIENTES Y PROVEEDORES, SEGUIMIENTO DE MATERIALES.

 CONOCIMIENTOS EN:

• INGLES AVANZADO

SE REQUIERE: LIDERAZGO, RELACIONES ESTRATÉGICAS, TOMA DE DECISIONES, ESTÁNDARES DE CALIDAD, COMUNICACIÓN E INTEGRIDAD.

 PROJECT ANALYST

Perform and coordinate the NNM annual Capital Plan submission.  Review and obtain the local and Corporate authorization for NNM AR.  Review and control of the requisitions and the POs related to the NNM projects. Ensure that every invoice received for payment process, includes inherent     payment control worksheet, pictures and acceptance letter.   Update on a monthly basis, the project information in the IPATS system.  Develop the Project Capitalization for NNM Capital Investment and review     the accounting entry in GSAP       Elaborate the monthly Forecast of Capitalization, Depreciation and Surplus Perform a monthly reconciliation of the CIP & accrual accounts between      GSAP vs. the PMC systems.        Development of the Annual fixed asset Inventory and reconciliation of the     information against the GSAP asset module.     Prepare the obsolete machinery and equipment project disposal.   Support Controllers area on ICFR templates, testing and information related      for periodic audits to ensure full compliance.      Preparation of the quarterly information report related to the Operating Leasing,     the Purchase Obligations, and the reconciliation of the accruals accounts. Participation in the cross functional training among the Manufacturing Finance. Prepare effectiveness testing templates to comply with Sox requirements.  Methodology WCM
