Oferta:Perform on site support activities, field trials, management applications
support, equipment commissioning and operation of equipments
in conjunction with other networking equipments
Responsibilities
Design, implement and troubleshoot network related problems;
Ability to troubleshoot complex network performance issues and utilize
network management tools;
Work closely with system administrators, network engineers, customers
and product experts to implement and maintain WiMAX networks;
Candidate must be available to participate on 7x24 coverage team;
Installation supervision, site acceptance and troubleshooting of all network
elements, including RF audits and site surveys;
Carry out project documentation and streamline deliverables.
Perfil deseado:Experience in a telecommunications or data communications company, in
service-oriented positions; Must have deep knowledge of WLANs, Ethernet, TCP/IP, DNS, hubs, switches, routers, terminal servers and cabling technology; Must be proficient with LAN analysis tools and UNIX operational system; Must have excellent customer centric skills, and be an effective communicator with a positive, courteous, and professional manner; Knowledge of other communication protocols (SIP, H323, E1) -
advantage; Excellent verbal and written communication skills;High presentation and training skills; Experience with radio technologies systems - advantage.
Bachelor's degree in data communications or electronics engineering.
Cisco CCNA certification - advantage.
Previous work experience:
3-5 years in an international company specializing in telecommunications
or data communications, in service oriented positions, field experience.
Languages:
Spanish -Mother tongue
High-level English - Must.
