The primary function of this position is to effectively and efficiently manage the Cash Management of the Company (15 affiliates). You lead the cash positioning, cash flow forecast and zero balance management of all the affiliates in Mexico. The Treasury & Risk Administration Manager is responsible for the Treasury Management, Risk administration (Insurance Claims and Insurance relationship), Employee's saving fund Management and Pension Plans and Leasing administration of IT equipment and fleet. Responsible as well for the follow up of Warranty bonds from commercial/purchasing area. This position serves as a strategic partner with other Finance functions to identify, implement, and manage change in existing procedures of finance department. He/she provides strategic direction for their team and seeks and implements cost reduction opportunities for the company either by negotiating better leasing rates/terms/schemes and insurance primes. You will set service goals especially with maquilas and in a future with other counties, implement process improvements, and provide leadership and motivation to your team, including an in-plant from our local broker. Being customer focused and having prior experience in a similar role is required. This position has the challenge to implement Americas Treasury Shared Service throughout North and South America.
