The main purpose of this position is to drive the execution of the new strategies to ensure a profitable Growth through New Customer Acquisition as to Retain and Advise New and Assigned Premium Customers.

Management and Leadership of Personal Sales and Telemarketing Agents to increase the Customer Base and AUM Portfolio though better profit of the card member base and referral channel

 Assure the delivery of a broad range of operations for Customer Service and Attrition Control through Bank’s Operations and TSC (Telephone Service Center).

 This Manager will focus on driving projects which build more flexible capabilities, improve the customer experience, and will also be responsible for representing the business oversight and management of initiatives in development with technology and operations.

Will work closely with Compliance, Relationship Management, Marketing, Operations and Technologies to ensure execution of projects and procedures

Extensive experience in Brokerage House

 Manage the Personal Sales and Telemarketing Teams

 Accountable for the New Customer Acquisition Targets 

Sets and establishes clear objectives and targets for each channel and PS Agent Profile 

 Attrition Control, Maintaining and Increasing Customer Balances

Effective P&L management f. Creates and manages new procedures to improve Customer Experience

Takes the best advantage of card member bases through TMIK and PS to invest in BP

Coordinates with Marketing and Operations for Product and Service needs and requests

Sustain and Support of Compliance programs, continuous monitoring for KYC and Client Suitability

Personal Visits to Premium Customers for maintaining key customer relationships

Profitable Growth of AUM Portfolio

Sustain Productivity levels among PS & TMK Teams

Increase convention rates of card member bases

Customer Loyalty development by Delivering Extraordinary Customer Service and Advice

Improve Customer Experience through the New Value Proposition

Develop and Retain Strategic Talent

Experience in Financial Services and Products

People Management Skills: Leadership, Strong Self Drive, Results Orientation, capacity to work under pressure, team work, financial expertise
