Annual Project Profitability Level (Gross Margin) 30% Minimum Utilization of Resources 85% Annual SLA Delivery vs. Agreed Terms 100% MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (PROFILE) Studies Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Systems/IT or similar Experience A minimum of 12+ years leading 100-200 teams. Previous experience as a Managed Service Provider. Languages Spanish and English writing, reading and speaking skills are required at 100% Specific values and skills Project Management Methodologies, Project Planning, Transition Methodologies. Proposal elaboration, Projects Estimation, Bidding Processes. Fixed Price Projects Executions. Customer Contact Experience Strong Negotiation Skills Strong Managerial Skills. People Management & Leadership. Good understanding of a Global Multi-cultural environment with ability to integrate people & teams from diverse cultures. Ability to develop Internal and External NetworkingRecruitment & HR Practices Support experience MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Drive initiatives around operational and delivery excellence, quality, compliance. • Integrate people and teams from diverse cultures (Indian, Mexican, American) to guarantee successful service delivery. • Connect with University officials (for Industry Academia Collaboration), Recruitment Agencies and vendors (supporting HR) • Connect with internal functions MIS, P-Soft, Finance, HR, Mobility, Travel, Admin across regions • Understand and provide support to fix salary levels and negotiate salary levels with candidates • Support and HR policies, Compensation and benefit policies, Immigration issues • Manage the P&L of Assigned Service Offering by allocating resources efficiently to maximize utilization. • Participating in supporting Budget planning and controlling. • Ensure coordination and standardization in solutions development. • Support proposals (responsibility of final proposal as well as pricing review/definition) • Establish / follow standard methodologies to provide quality solutions to customers as per company standards. • Define the optimum set of skills and people required for the services while keeping the business drives • Coordinate with HR for the development, implementation, administration, control and improvement of Technical Career Paths and challenges within the delivery teams. • Manage senior employees within the delivery teams. • Participate in supported accounts / projects sales ensuring consistency, quality and innovating when creating solutions. • Provide and manage resources for projects and other areas as needed. • Coordinate alliances with recognized global entities.
