For more information visit our webpage: http://www.usembassy-mexico.gov/sPersonnel.html BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION The employee is the Customer Service representative for the Facilities section and liaises within the office with the supervisors and inspectors, with GSO and FMC to resolve any issues with work orders completion, utilities services, customer service and customer care follow up. QUALIFICATIONS Note: All applicants must address each selection criterion detailed below with specific and comprehensive information. - Completion of high school and one (1) year of education in Engineering or Architectural trades is required. - Four (4) years of experience in customer service, real estate, property, or construction management is required. - Level III (good working knowledge) English and Level IV (fluent) Spanish are required. (Please see “To Apply” on pg 2 for test instructions). - Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project is required. - Must have a valid driver’s license.
