Oferta:

Manages the engineering staff activities to ensure integrity and efficiency of the company's design and manufacturing processes;
Reporting to the General Manager, this position will supervise the Stamping, Welding and Assembly Senior Engineers;
Drives project timing and deliverables for the engineering team;
Responsible of assessing the feasibility of projects;
Directs and manages project and product introduction from initial samples to series production sign off;
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and customers in a timely and clear manner;
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones;
Ensure that all relevant regulations regarding safety of employees and the protection of the environment are honored.


Perfil deseado:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering. Minimum of 8 years experience in an automotive supplier manufacturing environment and 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience. Strong knowledge of stamping, welding and assembly processes in the automotive industry. Advanced English
