Lenovo's Customer Support Operations group has several positions available for qualified candidates. These roles are within the Global Supply Chain business working within fulfillment and customer support functions.

Responsibilities include working with internal and external customers and resolving situations with management assistance. Position requires positive attitude, teamwork and interfacing with key cross functional teams. Prior experience in a customer support role a plus.

The Customer Support Analyst is responsible to support Lenovo customers (Large Enterprise Direct, Mid-Market, Small/Medium Business, Business Partner, Consumer) in a variety of areas including:

  • Order management (order entry processing, returns management, disputes, etc),
  • Credit Card/Credit Functions,
  • Accounts Receivable to include collections efforts/write-offs/cash application
  • Billing Adjustment processing, penalties/fee payments review and processing
  • Backlog Management, pulling of and analyzing reports, customer contact, ship support, and working with execution on build requirements/shipment
  • Pricing/contracts monitoring and processing.

The selected candidate will work with some of the functions listed here. All Customer Support Analysts will provide system support on systems such as SAP (FP9 frontend and CP6 backend), our ECC strategic system, BRIO/Hyperion query systems, AAS to include A/R collection functions, MAX which is the DAC system as well as many others. Duties also include daily reporting using Microsoft Excel and Approach.

Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

Candidates must be speak English with solid verbal and written communication skills.

  • One to three years of experience in a customer service operation.
  • Must possess BS or BA degree.
  • A commitment to quality. Prior experience in an ISO-certified or similar quality program is a plus.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks without errors. Good attention to detail
  • Must have ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task quickly and efficiently.
  • Good communication and customer service skills are also essential
