The candidate will be responsible for the operational activities related with LA Channel Online.

Responsibilities:

•Weekly Latino America Partners Training & Certification courses upload.

•Periodical Return On Development Report

•Partners Follow up to meet Training & Certification Quarterly Goals

•Training & Certification Tools Configuration, Maintenance & Troubleshooting (NetExam, etc.)

•Provide and Collect feedback and Ideas for reports, partner follow-up and program improvements

Channel Program Processes Documentation (Program and Operations handbooks development)

•Partner Portal Troubleshooting

•Support the LA Channel Online prime with other:

•Information Researches.

•Reports.

•Operational & Tracking Activities.
