We have an exciting opportunity for you to provide top-notch customer service for our clients.  You'll be on the front lines, answering inbound calls from customers in different parts of the world and taking action on their requests on a daily basis.  You'll be given paid training to strengthen your already exceptional skills and will be empowered to solve your customers' problems as you see fit, and to make decisions that you think serve the customer best.  You must be able to identify the source of the problem, determine the appropriate course of action, and coach the user through the resolution process with courtesy and professionalism being first and foremost.
