Provide general support at a regional development level
of the CMB Insurance LOB (Line of Business) in AoP, Marketing, Management
Information and IHO (Insurance Head Office) enquiries issues. This is done
working as a team with the countries across LAM and leveraging on their own
organisational structure.
· Work
with LAM Marketing and the key countries to ensure effective marketing
spend
· Monitor marketing performance and report on exceptions and deal with
them
· Raise the customer awareness of the bank as an insurance provider
across the Region
· Foster an effective CMB Insurance business in LAM
· Ensure new
CMB projects timely launchings
· Ensure countries' support properly for
differente IHO's initiatives
· Deliver useable material for front-line sales
people to use with customers across LAM
· Respond in time to IHO enquiries, meeting
the deadlines
· Effective and accurate source of information to IHO
· Collaborate building
an integrated LAM approach to the countries, establishing shared goals
· Be a
reliable information source from LAM to IHO
· To foster teamwork among the
Business Development community and IHO
· Follow up of all the requests to the countries
for information
· Track financial results of the countries and compared them versus the
AOP
· Provide advice to the countries to ensure the correct reporting of
financial figures
· Post implementation analyses of products and developed
projects
· Produced presentations for senior management
Education:
International Business
/ Insurance
Languages:
Spanish & English (at least). Portuguese a plus.
Experience:
Leadership controlling different teamworks, processes follow up and
dealing with providers. Knowledge in financial and commercial terms and
Insurance.
