Job Requirements
Experience Troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange/ Active Directory/ VM Ware
- Help desk entry level specialist for incidents
- Manage trouble ticket resolution
- Offers limited systems recommendations for defined business needs.
- Creates documentation on all programming work.
- Follows standard practices and procedures.
- Duties and tasks are routine and standardized.
- Manages work tasks based on input from senior analysts.B
- Basic understanding of application configuration, maintenance and support.
- Basic knowledge of client/server networks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve standard issues and identify the need to escalate issues
- Basic understanding of key business drivers of technology decisions.
- Ability to effectively communicate business issues to the appropriate level.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in IT related topics (preferably)
- 0 to 2 years of experience in related functions
- Experience in Active Directory, MS Exchange and VMWare technologies (0-2 Years of Experience)
- Capacity to identify issues that are out of his level of competence to escalate the issues to the Senior Specialist.
- Ability to manage customer relations
- Availability to switch shifts (need to cover 7x24x365)
- Technical English required
