  • Helpdesk Medium specialist to manage incident escalations
  • Provide Managed Client support fro ICS services (active Directory, Exchange, VMware) at Dell customer site
  • Responsible to accomplish SLA's, maintaining collaborative environment up and running 7x24x365

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in IT related topics (preferably)
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in related functions
  • Experience in Active Directory, MS Exchange and VMWare technologies (1-3 Years of Experience)
  • Capacity to identify issues that are out of his level of competence to escalate the issues to the Senior Specialist.
  • Ability to manage customer relations
  • Availability to switch shifts (need to cover 7x24x365)
  • Technical English required
