General Objective:
Supports the field sales, Sales Manager, the Regional Business Managers and the Business Lead with monthly analysis including forecast vs. budget information, SG&A, ATP, LRP among other.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Consolidation and analysis of commercial information for all sales regions as:
o Forecast o Budget vs. Forecast Monthly Sales By Distributor / Region / Hybrid o SG&A by Region – RM & RV level.
o Cash Sales advancement through the sales seasons by region.
o Commercial Accruals according to commercial plan.
o Inventories availability and crop plan analysis in close coordination with Marketing Managers (Hybrid / Region)
• Is responsible for the administration of all distributors’ related documents such as DPR, special authorizations, and other communications.
• Is responsible for the administration and proper update of the commercial Team Space, that holds information such as: o Current Price Lists o Commercial Plans o Special Authorizations, promotions and other
• Actively participates in the regional planning process in order to ensure timely Sales Budgets, SG&A Budgets, and LRP among others planning initiatives.
• Is responsible for the coordination of weekly reports in close coordination with Business Manager and Regional Business Managers.
EDUCATION
• Professional degree in Business Administration, Engineer degree or similar career background.(Ing. Industrial, Ing. Quimico, Adm. Empresas, LAF)
• 2 years or more experience in sales or marketing positions.
• Spoken and written English is a must
