Eaton Corporation Located in Querétaro is looking for a Payroll Analyst

To perform the Corporate Payroll process, including Document retention, Social Security and Benefits administration. This position will be responsible to process the Payroll for the Corporate employees in Mexico to ensure accurate and timely payments and provide the Payroll Reports required for Recording and Tax payments for the company, including different type of payroll (trainees for example). Execute prepare Payroll reports for Payroll and Taxes payments, accounting Records and Statistical and Financial Purposes. - Strength Internal Control. - Improve efficiency over the Corporate Payroll.

Requirements

• Professional capabilities in HR or Finance ; 1-3 years of experience in Payroll activities.

•Knowledge of Labor ,Tax and Social Security Mexican regulations related to Payroll.

•Communication skills and team work capability.

•Knowledge of data processing in respect of Payroll Systems, particularly Oracle, Tress or similar.

•Bilingual (English and Spanish).

•Ability to operate and deliver independently without day to day supervision
