Microsoft Exchange/ Active Directory/ VM Ware Senior Specialist

Job Requirements

• Help desk Senior level specialist for incidents
• Manage trouble ticket resolution
• Offers limited systems recommendations for defined business needs.
• Creates documentation on all programming work.
• Follows standard practices and procedures.
• Duties and tasks are routine and standardized.
• Manages work tasks based on input from Help Desk Manager
• Fully understanding of application configuration, maintenance and support.
• Fully knowledge of client/server networks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve standard issues and identify the need to escalate issues
• Fully understanding of key business drivers of technology decisions.
• Ability to effectively communicate business issues to the appropriate level.
• Responsible to accomplish SLA's, maintaining collaborative environment up and running 7x24x365

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT related topics
• 2 to 6 years of experience in related functions
• Experience in Active Directory, MS Exchange and VMWare technologies (2-6 Years of Experience)
• Capacity to identify issues that are out of his level of competence to escalate the issues to the Help Desk Manager and aplication vendor
• Ability to manage customer relations
• Technical English required
