nVision Global is a premier global provider of logistics related services include Freight Bill Audit and Payment, Loss & Damage Cargo Claims, Logistics Management Services. We offer global supply chain solutions. We are a seeking qualified people to join our global team in our newly established Monterrey location.   


Responsibilities:




  • Establishes customer service relations with assigned client(s).




  • Participates in the implementation process of new customers.




  • Reviews and familiarizes self with the client's business rules. Recommends changes when/if needed.




  • Responsible for maintaining the customer's business rules and ensuring they are up to date.




  • Reviews customer's bills in resolution status and approves for posting to the customer resolution site.




  • Assists customers with daily concerns, questions, and needs through email and/or phone.




  • Contacts each assigned customer on a weekly basis, after their close, to address any questions/issues.




  • Maintains and open action item list spreadsheet for any issues/concerns of each customer assigned.




  • Assists the operations team and new customer service associates with questions pertaining to their assigned customers.




  • Communicates changes to Department Heads.




  • Pulls, and analyzes reports upon customer request.




  • Provides questions/topics to customer service lead associates for weekly training session.




  • Maintains/tracks errors on a spreadsheet related to assigned customers




  • Trains customers on the NVSCS application and iTools.




  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.




Qualifications:




  • Experience with MS Office applications, PDF software, and general windows-based applications.




  • Work requires continual attention to detail.




  • Understanding of the transportation industry, specifically freight bill processing.




  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.




  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.




  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)




  • College Degree is a must
