The Networking Business Analyst works as a liaison among ITSB stakeholders in order to understand, analyze, plan and communicate implications to our business partners and key stakeholders

Principle Accountabilities:

•     Stay current with industry trends relative to networking technologies


•     Identify and collect industry benchmarking data relative to networking technologies


•     Demonstrate an understanding of both business and networking technologies


•     Develop overall 1-3 year Network Strategy


•     Vendor Relationship management


•     Demand Planning (1-3 years)


•     Resource Planning


•     Life Cycle Planning (1-3 years)


•     Service Roadmap (1-3 years)

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in Telecommunications or Networking technologies


•     6+ years experience in Information Technology


•     Strong written and verbal communication skills


•     Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements


•     Demonstrated ability to liaise with business and technical personnel


•     Ability to work well independently as well as within teams


•     Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks


•     Flexibility in working hours for global initiatives


•     Experience working in a global IT organization


•     Hands on experience creating requirements documents, networking strategies, life cycle plans, vendor stewardship reports, and resource planning
