Responsibilities
Ensure the successful and profitable execution of a Energy Services Contractual Service Agreement (CSA).Specific responsibilities include:
* P&L leadership of a multi year service contract with one of GE Energy's biggest customers.
*Becoming a integral part of the customer's plant operations and maintenance team, CSA focal point for the customer: implement best practices, improve availability and own customer issue resolution.
*Coordinate all planned outage activities between Customer, contractors and/or affiliates: Power Services, Parts and Repair Services. *Order/track/receive/direct the unloading/storing of major maintenance parts.
* Maintain unit operating history & parts life history on commercially available software.
* Maintain records of parts by model & serial number currently installed in each unit.
*Maintain/update all documentation that contractor is required to provide under this agreement.
* Identify, develop and negotiate upsell opportunities with customer, including balance of plant (BOP) systems and equipment.
* Drive Outage Excellence process to achieve timely and successful execution of planned outages
*Lead contract level Policy 6.0 process
*Identify and drive best practices to improve operations across a portfolio of CSA contracts

Qualifications

*BSME/BSEE degree or equivalent experience.
*Minimum 5+ years of power generation related experience.
*GE turbine technology experience.
*Demonstrated communication & organizational skills.
*Proficiency with computer tools.
*Strong business/financial skills.
*Demonstrated management experience.
*Commercial and Customer Relationship Experience
*Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Desired

*Field Engineering Program (FEP).
*Successful P&L experience.
*Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt (GE employees only).
*Previous CS experience
