The Opportunity...

You will provide technical support to our client's customers, acting as troubleshooter, advisor and educator to solve their problems.  With our comprehensive paid training you will use your computer and customer service skills to provide the highest level of customer care and support.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal and Customer Service skills are the keys to your success. Enjoy technology and computers. Your ability to ask the right questions to find the right answers in record time is crucial, as is your ability to provide those answers in a clear and meaningful way to the customer.

People have computer problems around the clock, which mean that we have to be able to provide answers on the same schedule.  Your flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment will make you especially attractive to us.
