Position Description
1.- Training and Development
Designing and implementing plans and programs of individual and group training
To improve the knowledge, skills and attitudes of people contributing to the success of present and future business.
* Designing the training strategy focused on the business.
* Design learning activities
* Provide training and development
* assess the effectiveness of training
* Manage training
* Generate a learning environment.
2.- Planning and human resource development
Establish development plans at all levels considering the structure, powers, abilities and experience needed to meet the business requirements of short and long term. The development of strategies, processes and systems and their integration in line with the practices of the business.
* Planning HR
* Systems management development
* Systems managerial career
* assessment of potential activities and career advice
3. Improving the performance Personnel
Develop and implement systems of measurement and feedback to improve the contribution of individual and team performance of the business.
* Interpret business requirements and identify performance measures KPI's
* Monitor climate and attitudes at work
* Structuring the methods and performance measurement processes management
* Operate the performance appraisal system
* Mediate and give advice for improving performance
* assessment of potential activities and career advice
Position Requirements
1.Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience, high-tech preferred
2.Team leadership or management experience
3.Complex project management experience
4.Familiarity with or training in Lean Six Sigma concepts
5.Fluent English
