Position Description
Responsible for the performance, integrity and security of all databases. Additional role requirements are likely to include planning, development and troubleshooting.

Keep database principles:

- data remains consistent across the database;
- data is clearly defined;
- users access data concurrently, in a form that suits their needs;
- there is provision for data security and recovery control (all data is retrievable in an emergency).

Position Requirements

- Bachelor degree at computer science or related area
-Work with passion and high responsibility.
- Be familiar with manufacture business process (PC industry is preferred) and solid knowledge with manufacture applications is must.
- 3+ years DBA experience, strong admin & development skills on DB2 ,Korn/C Shell,J2EE (relevant certification is preferred)
- 2+ yrs SQL programming experience and be familiar with relational database. (DB2 is preferred)
- Programming for MQ, Websphere,Java, Delphi is highly preferred.
- Familiar with UNIX, Win Server, be able to write shell scripts, AIX is preferred
- Knowledge on BI, data warehousing, data mining
- Excellent communication/coordination skill and strong document/reporting skill.
- Self-motivated and good team work, can work under pressure
- Good Command of English (Listening, speaking &writing).
