Important travelling agency requires bilingual service agents to attend american clients

making their

travel reservations by phone (inbound calls).

English 85% spoken fluently with good pronunciation.

High school, technical degree or university studies.

Schedule availability for all week afternoon schedules. (only 6 hours) from 15:00 to 21:00

hours.

From Monday to Sunday.

Desirable experience in customer service or sales, whether directly or on the phone.

Customer assistance aimed attitude.

Excelente appearance and fluent speech.

Over 18 years old.
