Responsibilities

* Sales monthly billing.

* Accounting Journal entries for Sales & cash applications.

* Collection of Affiliates Sales, External Sales & Sundry receivables.

* Monthly Receivables Aging determination & report.

* Monthly accounts reconciliations (low & high risk).

* GE Due from elaboration & Analysis.

* GE & Non GE customers cash application.

* Provide financial information to Customer.

* Inter company charges collection trough IBS Corporate system.

* Ensure all the transactions booked are recorded in a monthly basis, reducing cycle times & driving efficiency.

* Costumers minor balances depuration

* New costumers creation & updates

* Bad debt Reserve determination (Aging report basis)

* Weekly aging report and follow up

* Oracle information maintenance (Exchange rates updates /DOF)

* Ensure compliance with deadlines to provide information to internal and external customers.

* Establish procedures to comply & drive process improvement, discipline and standardization with predetermined calendars, index and process map.

* Comply with the accounts reconciliation process on time with accuracy.

* Analyze the information the account reconciliation provides.

* To report monthly the DR's process.

* To populate templates / forms required from the Accounting firm for Audit purposes and register final Audit adjustments.
