 We are looking for Software Engineer / Programmer Analyst / Project Managers for our Mexico DC.

  Locations:

Base location is Monterrey, N.L. with probable short /long term travels around the world. You will need to be adequately mobile and/or open to travel.

 Responsibilities:

 As a Software Engineer, you could be working on one or more of the following:

• Coding


• Testing


• Planning


• Configuration control


• Technical reviews

As a Programmer Analyst, you could be working on one or more of the following:

• Managing sub-teams in a project or a small project team: Schedule, allocate and monitor tasks.


• Managing Technical issues, coding and configuration to ensure delivery of module/project


• Design, coding, code review, performance tuning


• Monitoring metrics for quality compliance

As a Project Manager, you could be working on one or more of the following:

• Initiate projects and estimate efforts, define and prepare project plans


• Evaluate High Level Design and architecture


• Execute Project assignments to completion


• Lead and motivate high potential project teams to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables


• Exposure to pre-sales and proposal making activities along with quality planning.


• Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers


• Monitoring metrics for quality compliance

As a Senior Project Manager, you could be working on one or more of the following:

• Handle multiple projects and mentor project managers


• Initiate projects and estimate efforts, define and prepare project plans


• Evaluate High Level Design and architecture


• Execute Project assignments to completion


• Lead and motivate high potential project teams to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables


• Exposure to pre-sales and proposal making activities along with quality planning.


• Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers


• Monitoring metrics for quality compliance

Qualification:

 To apply you should be a BS/MS/MBA and a Mexican citizen.

• You must be Bilingual in Spanish and English. 


• Ability to communicate in Portuguese would be a plus

   Expected Experience:

You must have proven expertise in one or more of the following technologies / skill sets:

Software Engineer - 2 to 4 years of relevant experience

Programmer Analyst - 4 to 6 years of relevant
