COMPANY: Predictive Service


Predictive Service has an immediate opening for a Global Service Coordinator. The primary responsibility of the Global Service Coordinator is to schedule inspection appointments for our Field Service Engineers at client locations around the world. This involves communicating with the client facilities, planning the inspection trips and making the necessary travel arrangements.

Primary Duties:



  • Schedule inspection appointments with client facilities around the world

  • Plan inspection trips for several Field Service Engineers

  • Identify travel requirements such as Visa and assist with gaining these

  • Develop and procure cost-effective travel arrangements

  • Assist Field Service Engineers by providing necessary work instructions and coordination of work and travel activities


Essential Skills and Experience:



  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English are essential

  • Computer skills are essential - internet travel, and Word/Excel/Outlook

  • The ability to organize and plan multiple inspection itineraries simultaneously, and to follow-up as necessary with clients and engineers

  • Creativity and problem-solving skills in creating itineraries that meet client requirements and also meet budgetary requirements

  • Experience procuring travel services for global travel including air, hotel, and ground transportation - knowledge of low-cost alternatives for travel is essential

  • To use Maps (Google Earth)


Optional Skills:




  • Language skills beyond Spanish and English are a plus
