Responsibilities

* Responsible of the right calculation of ordinary and special and extraordinary payroll periods and terminations and food coupons according calendars. * Responsible of the right setup in Payroll System after changes in law in relation to Social Security, IRS, Local Taxes and according to corporate processes and policies* Support in daily payroll operation, special requirements, annual and extraordinary processes. Support in annual TAX declaration of salary and wages to companies and generation of Annual Income TAX to employees* Support in developing or modification of journal entry.* Support in TRESS Payroll Implementation in companies, RACI Matrix elaboration, Annual Payroll Calendars and implementation of an excel sheet validation in order to review or audit. The Right calculation in Payroll System.* Responsible to calculate payroll whit accuracy and in timeline. * Responsible to report by month the INEGI Report and Quarterly FASB112 (IEA) to USA* Responsible of the setup for Accruals in Payroll System (Saving Found, Vacations, Christmas Bonus, Vacations Premium, Local Taxes, Social Security) and report it to TAX and Accounting Area* Responsible to deliver information to KPMG for Audits, Declarations, Opinions, etc.* Responsible to deliver on time payroll accounting close month, account reconciliations and accruals to GL People.



Qualifications

- General Accountant, Business Administrator. - Office Skills - Corporate programs. (TRESS, ORACLE, BO, GBS Acc rec)- English working.- Mexican Laws- Initiative, Responsible, Teamwork, Analytical, Leadership, Open- Experience 5 years in payroll.

Accuracy and timeline payroll processing to GE employees in Mexico, obligations with Government and Institutions; and the delivering information to Finance Managers; trough the same platform to their calculation and under the same policies and alignments up GE Corporate in Mexico that permit to ensure compliance and controllership to GE.
