Position will be responsible for all aspects of financial planning and analysis in support of the sales organizations.  Person should have experience in analyzing organization effectiveness within a sales and professional services business unit.

Detailed DescriptionAs a member of Oracle's finance organization, you will be responsible for provid ing all aspects of financial support for planning and control. Assist in conso lidation and reporting of financial results; preparation of annual budget. Gath er, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for financial plans, oper ating forecasts, trended future requirements, etc.; on a weekly, monthly, or qua rterly basis. Prepares recommendations based on analyzes. May perform revenue and expense analysis, headcount and headcount driven expense analysis at cost ce nter level, tracking of product and product line revenue, reconciliation of acco unts receivable, variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis as required. You may pa rticipate in cross functional programs and projects.Job RequirementsJob duties are varied and complex requiring independent judgment. May have proje ct lead role. Strong spreadsheet skill and proficiency in Oracle Financials.

Str ong written and oral communication skill. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Self starter able to prioritize given responsibilities. Minimum 2 years relevan t work experience. BS/BA in Accounting/Finance preferred. CPA/MBA desired.
