Description
Scope
This position provides compensation & benefits support to AI operations in Mexico, Panama, El Salvador, Colombia, Venezuela, Peru and Puerto Rico.
This includes the design, implementation and management of Compensation
and Benefits programs that align to corporate guidelines and address
business requirements/objectives across the sub-region.
Responsibilities include:
· Acts as the primary C&B contact and counsel to the senior Management in theses countries
· Effectively integrates C&B plans into the overall HR framework and in close partnership with the HR Leadership for Latin America
· Promotes the Total Value Concept by connecting the whole range of employees’ offerings into a compelling value proposition
· Effectively
balances the specific needs of a varied organization (transactional and
relationship sales) and multiple clients while creating and maintaining
a consistent C&B philosophy across multiple countries
· Owns
the review and design of quarterly Sales Incentive Plans, monitors
program effectiveness and leads the discussion of the business team,
providing insight on current trends, results and driving to a
consistent sales compensation philosophy
· Has
overall responsibility for market competitiveness and regulatory
compliance of all benefits programs (i.e. health care, disability and
retirement), driving for cost effective programs that maximize the
value to employees. Manages all vendor relationships and streamlines
the administrative processes
· Develops,
implements and manages an effective governance structure including the
review, approval & audit of sales compensation and benefits programs
· Evaluates
and supports the design and roll-out of C&B corporate initiatives
and leads the implementation across the sub-region
· Works closely with the on-site C&B teams in Panama and El Salvador,
aligning compensation actions in these markets with the overall site
approach while at the same time ensuring that the needs of the AI
clients are being met.
· Good understanding of the regulatory environment impacting the design and administration of compensation & benefits programs
· Recognized contributor to the Mexican C&B community
· A proven ability to deliver results and interacts effectively with various stakeholders.
· Good understanding of the business imperatives in an organization (i.e. in sales)
· Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
· Demonstrated managerial, interpersonal and business skills.
· Innovative problem solving and decision making skills.
· Expert market data analysis skills.
