Infrastructure Consultant

Based in Mexico City, DF


Implement
total systems solutions to the technical needs of customers. These
solutions deal with the major business processes used to manage the
overall enterprise. The task requires integrating hardware, processes,
methodologies, software, and the customer. Dell Technical Consultants
may participate with the customer in the strategic design process and
translate business needs into technical systems solutions. They are
responsible for the deployment of technical correctness and
completeness of integrated systems designs. May assist the sales
organization and related Practice Areas as technical/industry subject
matter experts. This role predominantly handles customized and
non-standard ( non-SKU’ed) offerings.

 


·         Using
business process engineering techniques, implements technical solutions
and management processes to achieve overall objectives by means of
implementing systems or enterprise-wide solutions, using the company’s
or a third-party’s hardware/software products and/or processes and
methodologies.


·         Integrates
solutions and strategies within the customer environment, based on the
analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing
systems infrastructure. 


·         Identifies additional product/services sales opportunities in customer organization. 





Qualifications

 Having
wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company
objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.

·          Architect experience within large environments especially within core technology offerings.


·          Ability to perform a wide variety of technical and administrative duties in overall systems design, development, and delivery.


·          Demonstrate extensive creativity and expertise in information systems discipline.


·          Strong analysis and communication skills and the ability to resolve complex technical problems.


·          Strong documentation/presentation skills.


·          Strong knowledge of Dell offering technologies.


·          Strong knowledge of Dell tools, technologies and methods used on the projects.


·          English Fluency


·          6 years experience with Bachelors Degree.


·          10+ years experience with High School Diploma  or equivalency
