Description


Plan,
direct, and coordinate the organizational/technical activities required
to conceptualize, design, construct, test, and/or implement business
and technical information technology solutions.

Ensuring the delivery of the service or ensuring technical solution meets contract specifications

Ensuring that delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs contracted according to the service level agreement


Responsible for anywhere between a piece of the solution(s) to the full life cycle of the solution(s)


Performs advanced project analyst duties or lower-level project management activities.


Builds
and sustains effective communications with all stakeholders in the
project towards the goal of maximizing Customer Experience


Developing delivery management skills and knowledge



 


 


 




Qualifications


Strong organizing and planning skills to oversee project deliverables.


Strong priority setting and delegation skills.


Ability to communicate effectively.


Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.


Ability to lead project teams.


Demonstrate attentiveness to quality and productivity.


Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills. 


2+ years experience with Masters Degree


4+ years experience with Bachelors Degree.


8+ years experience with High School Diploma  or equivalency


Multi-lingual; Spanish/English a must, ability to speak Portuguese preferable
